A dataset depicting the four management areas of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park (GBRMP). The four management areas are as follows: the Far Northern Management Area, the Cairns/Cooktown Management Area, the Townsville/Whitsunday Management Area, and the Mackay/Capricorn Management Area. The dataset has been created by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) on the 18th December 2007, and is intended to allow users to visualise the spatial extent and boundaries of each of the four management areas within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, located off the coast of Queensland, Australia.
