This is now considered to be the Master ETJ (Extra Territorial Boundary) file for the City of Baytown Texas and is updated according to new Annexations.
The Extra Territorial Jurisdiction boundary is a 3.5 mile radius from the legal city limit boundary. This is modified around other jurisdictional boundaries.
This file has a single polygon for display purposes rather than cutouts for the City Limits.

20210715 - Reviewed boundaries and found update oin ship channel not reported here.
File edited June 2000 for ship channel agreement between Baytown and City of Houston wherby agreeing to common boundariesw along San Jacinto river and ship channel therby boving ETJ from eastren shoreline to western shoreline untill ship cahnnel in which Baytown ETJ follows Houstons 200 foot buffer from center of channel.
