20160317 - Bob - Updated the HCVP_Left and Right fields with the 2016 voter precincts changes. Precinct 103 was cut at Barbers Hill and the northern half was added to 531

20160507 - Bob - Updated and imported into SDE the latest road file for Web Map applications

20160721 - Bob - Added BT_CD_LEFT and BT_CD_R fields for Baytown Council Districts left and right and updated the SDE layer

FIELDS

Unique_ID = Todays date dash 4 digit number starting with 0001 for that day. Should never change!!

Crossing - Does the road cross any features, canals, railroads tracks, pipelines, other roads

Bridge - Does the crossing go over a structure (Bridge) or a pipe covered over with dirt with no structure

Corrigated pipeline has a 30 year life span used in culverts to 15 foot dia canals

BT_FD_L = Baytown Fire District Left side (Going from low to high address)

BT_FD_R = Baytown Fire District Right side (Going from low to high address)

HC_FD_L = Harris County Fire District Left - What Harris County Emergency Service District says it is

HC_FD_R = Harris County Fire District Right - What Harris County Emergency Service District says it is

GCP_Left = Goose Creek School District voter Precinct Left

GCP_Right = Goose Creek School District voter Precinct Right

Maintained = Reponsible agency or other for maintenance of the roadway

(city streets - All private and public streets in the city limits)

(County streets = All streets in ETJ - County road file - County maintained)

(Private = Private streets Exxon)

ROW_Date = Date the road was created if known

Exit_Num = Highway exit number from State of Texas Department of Tranportation.

From Name = Cross Street starting from lowest address range

To_Name = Cross Street starting from Highest address range

Label _1 = Field used to label streets
