This shapefile has information regarding the City of Puyallup's Comphrensive Plan's future land use designations for the City and its Urban Growth Area. Care should be taken when using this dataset for numerical analysis of parcels by land use type. There is a new field called TaxParcelT: tax parcel type. When using this data see note that there may be more 'tax parcels' because each floor of a condominium is calculated. Parcels with split zoning will also be represented twice instead of once.
