This feature class is a graphical representation of the residential target area (RTA) of the City of Puyallup's Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program applicability area. This feature class is a representation only and is not regulatory in any way. Puyallup Municipal Code (PMC) 3.70.050 States: "(1) Residential Targeted Area Designated. The area hereby declared to be the residential targeted area of the city of Puyallup includes all properties within the central business district (CBD) zone district as denoted on the official city zoning map. In addition, the residential targeted area shall also consist of all properties directly south of the existing central business district zone southern perimeter within the area bound by 3rd Street SW, 7th Avenue and 2nd Street SE. (2) If a part of any legal lot is within the residential targeted area, then the entire lot shall be deemed to lie within such area. (Ord. 2753, July 7, 2003)."
