Service Description: Knock farm comprises 540 hectares situated on the southern slopes of Knock Hill on the Eastern edge of Moray, North of Huntly, Aberdeenshire. It was established with clear objectives to improve the quality of biodiversity and amenity of soils, the landscape and the habitats on the property while retaining a mixed farming operation since 1989 when Beth and Roger Polson began managing it. There are about 70 suckler cows, 400 breeding ewes and 18 horses currently on the farm's livery.
