Description: College parcels as of February 2024. includes only owned parcels. The old PARCEL_Q file is joined to the parcels so that Middlebury-specific attributes are available. NOTE - Many of the Middlebury-specific attributes are out of date.
There is a separate layer with sold parcels
This layer was compiled from state resources referencing the original College parcels layer. College-specific attribute were then assigned to each parcel. These include property name as known by the College, date acquired, and uses such as current use and life estate restrictions.
Compiled by Bill Hegman and Ola Zalecki with significant help from Pam Norton and Matthew Curran. The original database was created in 2005 by Nathanial Vandal and Bill Hegman and updated yearly.
