It's based on the VT Building Footprints Geospatial Data Standard (https://vcgi.vermont.gov/document/vt-building-footprints-geospatial-data-standard). Generally, this dataset is updated weekly. NOTE--This dataset is NOT intended for uses such as property assessment and site engineering.
