This datalayer contains the street centerlines for the Town of Westwood. This datalayer was formerly called streetscl but was renamed. Streets within Highland Glen, Westwood Glen, cemeteries and schools have been removed from the layer and added to a separate layer called streets_xtra In 2007 the streets were edited to clip portions where no pavement really exists. The streets / street portions may still exist as a paper street and have a legal right of way (as shown on the parcels), however this was done to represent driveable streets and prevent confusion by public map users.

Street centerlines are maintained and street names included, however, the annotation layers are used rather that the streets layer for labels. This layer is still used for other purposes, including recycling route information.
