A buffer around the trees with a width of 70 feet (average for a fully grown Oregon oak). The RBG values within the circle was sampled to determine average spectrum characteristics for small, medium, and large trees. Meant to be used as a rough proxy for tree size.

An updated version of this layer is included in the White_Oak_Republish hosted feature layer.
